By using শিখাও.কম (sikhaw.com), creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Use a correct name, email and phone number — delivery goes to that email.

Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. Tell us immediately if something looks suspicious.

Using multiple accounts to claim the same offer or free drop repeatedly is not allowed.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards are accepted.

An order is complete once payment is confirmed. Where the price is 0, the order completes without payment.

Coupons may carry an expiry, a minimum order or product limits, and may become invalid after use.

Prices and offers may change without notice, but changes never affect an already completed order.

Every product is digital. Once payment is confirmed, delivery is emailed and also stored in your dashboard. There is no courier or shipping.

If a technical issue delays delivery, contact support and we resend it promptly.

You may use purchased products for personal use or in your own business.

• Resale, redistribution, re-uploading or group sharing is prohibited.

• Account-based access may not be passed to anyone else.

• Where a product page states its own licence terms, those take precedence.

Some products provide access to third-party services or tools. In those cases the duration, conditions and limits are stated on the product page — please read them before ordering. The provider's own rules also apply.

If a third party changes its policy or discontinues a service, we resolve it with a replacement or a refund.

• Fake orders, fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse.

• Running bots, scrapers or automated attacks against the site.

• Abusive, misleading or spam messages in reviews or live chat.

• Using the শিখাও.কম name, logo or content without permission.

Reviews and live chat messages are your own opinions. We may remove false, abusive or promotional content. Publishing a review grants us permission to display it on the site.

Our products are learning and working materials. We do not guarantee any specific income, outcome or job. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Proven fraud, licence violation or abuse can lead to suspension of your account and access, without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
