At signup and checkout: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, and which products you bought.
While you browse: pages visited, device type and coarse location — used to improve the site and prevent fraud.
When you contact us: whatever you write on WhatsApp, by email, or in the contact form.
Payment information
bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card payments are completed on the payment gateway's own secure page. Your card number, PIN or OTP never reaches our servers and is never stored by us.
We only receive the transaction result (success/failure), the amount and a reference ID.
How we use your information
• Processing your order and emailing your delivery.
• Providing support, fixing issues and resending deliveries.
• Sending news about new products, free drops and offers (you can opt out).
• Preventing fraud, abuse and fake accounts.

Who we share with

How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as needed for accounting. Account data is kept while your account is active. On a deletion request we remove your data except the parts of the order history we're legally required to keep.
Security
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The database enforces row-level access rules, so a user can only see their own records. The admin panel is protected by separate role-based permissions.
